Minnesota is a participant in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). If you are a Minnesota-based institution and would like to participate in SARA, please contact the Office of Higher Education: Kate McCartan at 651-259-3912, kate.mccartan@state.mn.us, for additional information.

Institutions must complete the following supplemental form and submit it to Kate McCartan at kate.mccartan@state.mn.us. SARA Supplemental Form for Institutions.

OHE uses the FSA Licensure and disclosure requirements flow chart when reviewing professional licensure disclosures.
