Emergency Assistance for Postsecondary Students Grant Legislative Report

The Emergency Assistance for Postsecondary Students (EAPS) Grant Program was created by the 2017 Minnesota legislature to “allocate grant funds on a matching basis to schools with a demonstrable homeless population…to meet immediate student needs that could result in a student not completing the term or their program, including, but not limited to: emergency housing, food, and transportation.”
