Program Overview
The Prosperity Act was passed into Minnesota Law in May 2013. Under this law, undocumented students who meet specific criteria can receive state financial aid available to students who meet residency requirements and in-state resident tuition rates at public colleges and universities. Students apply for these benefits via the Minnesota Alternative State Financial Aid Application.
