Contact Information for Student Records not Held by OHE

The following schools are or were licensed by/registered with OHE and have changed their contact information. OHE does not have transcripts or student academic records for these schools. If you attended one of these schools, use the new contact information to request your transcript/academic record.

What Does "Institution Statues Mean?"

In the table below, schools are listed as open, closed, or open exempt. Here are what those terms mean:

• Closed: these institutions were formerly licensed or registered by the Office of Higher Education but are now closed.
• Open: these institutions are open but have had one or more changes to their name.
• Open exempt: there are three types of institutions in this category. (1) Institutions that were formerly licensed or registered by the Office of Higher Education but currently offer programs not requiring licensing or registration under Minnesota law. (2) Institutions that are open but are legally exempt from licensure or registration under Minnesota law. (3) Institutions that are open but licensed by other Minnesota state agencies.
