Meetings & Reports
The partnership generally meets once every other month, and is required by state statute to meet a minimum of three times per year. Agendas are set by the Executive Committee. MNP20 complies with open meeting laws, and the public is welcome to attend all meetings.
Reports
In addition to materials presented at partnership meetings, MNP20 produces a publicly available annual report for the state legislature and governor, as well as occasional other reports. Reports are available on the right column of this page.
Schedule of Upcoming Meetings
All virtual meetings are held on the Microsoft Teams or WebEx platforms. Meeting minutes and other materials are generally posted within two weeks following a meeting, and can be found under previous meeting materials. If you would like to request a copy of the meeting agenda in advance of a scheduled meeting, please contact the Executive Director.

The Minnesota P-20 Education Partnership is required by statute to submit an annual report to the governor and other designated legislators that summarizes the partnership’s progress in meeting its goals. These reports must also identify the need for any draft legislation when necessary to further the goals of the partnership.
Annual reports are archived and accessible through the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library.
