The partnership holds its formal meetings quarterly, and agendas are set by the Executive Committee. MNP20 complies with open meeting laws, and the public is welcome to attend posted meetings. Meetings are offered either in hybrid or in-person formats, as noted on the posted meeting information, and MNP20 members and the public may attend virtually or in-person.
In addition to materials presented at partnership meetings, MNP20 produces a publicly available annual report for the state legislature and governor, as well as occasional other reports. Reports are available on the right column of this page.
All hybrid meetings are held on the WebEx platform in addition to being offered in-person. Meeting minutes and other materials are generally posted within two weeks following a meeting, and can be found under previous meeting materials. If you would like to request a copy of the meeting agenda in advance of a scheduled meeting, please contact the Executive Director.

The Minnesota P-20 Education Partnership is required by statute to submit an annual report to the governor and other designated legislators that summarizes the partnership’s progress in meeting its goals. These reports must also identify the need for any draft legislation when necessary to further the goals of the partnership.
